I’m not even going to keep making excuses for how late this is or rave over how much I love this or cry over how beautiful my kid is. None of it. I also won’t rave about sticking with it through busy season and the holidays, and hey I’m almost at 100 and this is crazy and I’m so dedicated and amazing.
Anyway. On to the pretty stuff.
57: Long live footie pajamas.
58: Just when you thought it was safe to clean house, the kid finds a bouncy ball. Keeping it real here on the state of my house, y’all.
59: Hiding from the tiny 3 year old terrorist that lives with us.
60: Busy season has taken its toll on all of us. I moved my desk into the living room yesterday because this one has basically become my shadow and follows me around the house going, “Wait for me, Mama!” He’s missing our time together, and it hurts my heart. So hopefully with my desk in the living room now, he can still feel like I’m “with” him and I can still get work done. This is how we hang out in the afternoons.
61: Day 400-ish of potty training. No progress.
We’ve moved into the “Don’t pee on McQueen!” stage.
Husband told me I was creepy for taking this but again … just keeping it real.
63: Apparently I was a sucker for series this week. Learning man-things with Daddy.
These are sessions that are very near and dear to my heart. Remember the importance of getting in the frame with your kids and being present, not only in their lives and the memories they carry with them, but also in their tangible heirlooms. I would love to be your personal family historian. Send me a message and let’s chat about doing a personalized documentary style session with your family!
