“Some old fashioned things like fresh air and sunshine are hard to beat.” – Laura Ingalls Wilder.
After all the rain we’ve had recently in Texas, you better believe that we make the most of golden sunshiney afternoons. All the rain also means that my grass is so tall in our field right now…. which my husband isn’t a fan of at all haha! He wants some real grass to grow instead of just weeds, but it’s so pretty and I took the opportunity to schedule some sessions since people are always wanting overgrown fields. I promised him he could mow it on Saturday though *womp womp*.

“Listen, Ma. Sorry about the pee and all, but wet paws really freak me the freak out and there is WATER COMING FROM THE SKY. Can I come in?!”
‘Tis the season for humidity, foggy lenses, and backyard family football!
You stay sane your way, I stay sane my way.
Haircut vibes. I’m such a fan of his long hair but I knew he would need some relief in the sweltering south Texas summer.
And then there are the days he reminds me why I shop online.
